The CMD command

The /S parameter does not disable the signal handler for <CMD.EXE as 
documented.

 The value for the parameters /P and /K must be enclosed in two leading 
 and two trailing double quotes if the name of the program to execute 
 contains blanks or special chars. 
 Example 

  
   cmd /c ""MY TEST.CMD""
